Patroll AI provides AI-powered surveillance solutions using ground robots and aerial drones for industrial facilities. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Deployment and operation of surveillance robots and drones

• Data collection, processing, and analysis
• Access to our surveillance management platform
• Technical support and maintenance

3. User Accounts

Some of our Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Services to infringe upon the privacy rights of individuals

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Patroll AI and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Patroll AI.

6. Data and Content

Our Services collect and process surveillance data, which may include video recordings, images, and sensor data. You retain all rights to your data, subject to the licenses granted to us to provide the Services.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. This license terminates when you stop using our Services, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding surveillance, privacy, and data protection.

7. Payment Terms

The fees for our Services are specified in the service agreements. Payment terms, including billing cycles and methods, are also outlined in these agreements.

We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of our Services after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patroll AI and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• System failures or interruptions in the Services
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patroll AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
